- Cancellations will take effect immediately upon confirmation, and you will no longer be billed for subsequent billing cycles.
- If you cancel your service within 7 working days from the date of purchase or subscription, you may be eligible for a refund based on our Refund Policy.
- If the cancellation is requested after the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued, but you will have continued access to the services for the remainder of the billing cycle.
Return Policy
- Since our services are digital and intangible, we do not offer physical products for return. However, we provide the option for a refund if you are dissatisfied with the service as per our Refund Policy.
- In case of technical issues that we are unable to resolve, we will process the refund within the stipulated period.
Important Notes:
- Cancellations and returns do not apply if the customer has violated our Terms and Conditions or if the service has been used in a manner contrary to our usage guidelines.
- Once the service is canceled, all access to the platform and related services will be terminated.
